| Cuerpo Cliente | <p class="MsoNormal">Please fully read and agree to these terms and conditions before submitting, otherwise this request will be rejected.</p><p class="MsoNormal">1.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>This request is only to configure your computer to connect to SuperNotes by using Outlook client as a temporary workaround, which is more convenient for managing your work. However, it does not add or remove any other service such as external e-mail, mobile access, etc. If you need an additional service, you must apply by the regular means.</p><p class="MsoNormal">2.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>IT does not fully support this workaround, and will only provide support on low-priority, "best effort" mode. If this workaround is not working, but the regular SuperNotes service is, IT will not consider it as a high priority incident.</p><p class="MsoNormal">3.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>The user is responsible to login once per week using the original SuperNotes client in order to receive important system notifications, such as password expiration, quota limit, etc. Outlook client will not show a specific error message, and before calling IT for support, the user should attempt to login by using SuperNotes client.</p><p class="MsoNormal">4.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>There are known issues for SuperNotes, which do not have and probably will never have a solution including (but not limited to):</p><p class="MsoNormal">4.a.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Attachments received from SuperNotes client are encrypted, and can only be opened through SuperNotes Client. This also affects archived messages in Outlook.</p><p class="MsoNormal">4.b.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Invalid certificate message. Users receive this message during usage of Outlook client.</p><p class="MsoNormal">4.c.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>Inbox quota is not checked/restricted in Outlook. SuperNotes administrators might decide to shut down your account without previous notice if you do not keep your e-mail under the limit. Outlook does not give out a message, thus the importance of logging into SuperNotes.</p><p class="MsoNormal">4.d.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>The automatically generated warning in all e-mails will not be generated, and you need to manually add it into your signature.</p><p class="MsoNormal">4.e. Other people's availability for meeting scheduling does not show.</p><p class="MsoNormal">5.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>This request only grants you to configure your Outlook client with SuperNotes service. Local, regional or global IT teams might revoke this privilege at any time without previous notice and without ETA to restore.</p><p class="MsoNormal">6.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>As always, please do not make bad use of the information and service, do not send confidential, illegal, questionable, and/or unproductive material, and do not open e-mail attachments if you are not expecting them (call the sender if you are unsure).</p><p class="MsoNormal">7.<span style="white-space:pre"> </span>This request is for exceptional cases and will require to have approval from IT.
